Does Punxsutawney Phil stand a chance Tuesday?

So, after the ice, sleet and snow we've had since Thursday what are the chances of a furry little groundhog getting a glimpse of his shadow on Tuesday?
Stillwater's forecast is mostly cloudy Tuesday, though I suppose the sun could peek through long enough to frighten a rodent on Groundhog Day.
But in Punxsutawney, Pa., where the famous Punxsutawney Phil hangs out, the National Weather Service says there is a 30 percent chance of snow Tuesday. I suggest you sleep in, little fella, just in case the sun breaks through. And all your little Okie cousins, too.
Last thing we need is six more weeks of winter. We're running out of action blockbusters to manipulate into weather headlines.
